Fance Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

At Fance, we pride ourselves on providing fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No matter where you're located within the states or what you're ordering, we'll ship it to you at no extra cost. Soon we will be offering a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.

Standard shipping is free on all orders, and typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Please contact us f you need expedited shipping

We process and ship orders within 5 business days of receipt, and will provide tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

At Fance, we hope you to love it and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your rug, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This has to be done no later than 48hrs of the date of delivery. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven’t received your funds, please contact us at fancerugs@gmail.com.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at fancerugs@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package your rug for return.

Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, including the packaging. Rugs must not be altered, washed, or treated in any way. Custom orders are non-returnable.
